Pre/Post Natal Personal Trainer

My name is Emma, I am a LADIES ONLY Diploma Qualified Personal Trainer.

I have worked in industry 6 years and Pre/Post Natal Fitness is my speciality. Post Natal refers to mothers birthing up to 3 years prior.

My most current qualification is a Pre/Post Natal Exercise certificate in December last year while I was 34 weeks pregnant myself. I am also qualified in boxing, nutritional advice, have worked as a Les Mills Body Pump instructor, and as a Fitness Educator for AIPT.

Since following safe Post Natal training balanced with adequate nutrition I have almost returned to my pre baby shape 6 months post partum.

I would love the opportunity to help new mums also find the motivation and confidence they may have lost during pregnancy in regard to our changing bodies.

I am a mobile PT and will travel as far north as Bulli, and south as Dapto.

I do bring baby with me, and for this reason my pricing is very reasonable.

Would love to hear from women all shapes and sizes wanting to achieve the best body they feel comfortable in. Just in time for Summer!
